Passed away peacefully with family by her side on Friday, October 13, 2017 in her 95th year. Predeceased by husband Gino. Loving mother to Silvio (Maria) and Dennis (Brenda). Cherished grandmother to ten grandchildren and thirteen great-grandchildren. Ofelia’s family would like to extend their heart-felt gratitude to Dr. Hornich and Dr. Phan for their compassionate care as well as the nurses, PSW’s and all other members of the palliative care team.
