Obituary for Nellie Jones (Babcock)
Passed away peacefully at Golden Years Nursing Home on Friday, December 15, 2017 at 96 years of age. Predeceased by her beloved husband Ernest and her daughter Sharon. Loving mother of Loraine Tremblay, Bob Jones and Catherine Norwood (Scott). Cherished grandmother of Jason, Jody, Jennifer, Andrew, Chad, Ian and Tyler; and great-grandmother of Paige and Abby. Nellie was predeceased by her nine siblings. At Nellie’s request, cremation has taken place and a memorial service will be announced in the Spring time. In lieu of flowers, donations made to either the Alzheimer’s Association or the Canadian Cancer Society would be appreciated by the family.
