RIGHTMYER, Nellie “Jean” (née Westlake)… Passed away peacefully at Belleville General Hospital on Thursday, August 10th, 2017 at the age of 80. Beloved daughter of the late Harry and Annie Westlake. Loving mother of Doug (Kim), Steve (Jeannette), Darlene (Al) and Chrissy (Dan).
