Neal, Douglas Edmund – peacefully at QHC-Belleville General Hospital on Tuesday, February 7th, 2017 in his 82nd year. Son of the late Malcolm and Myrtle Neal. Loving father of Randy Neal of Belleville and Cindy (Paul) Esford of Carrying Place. Proud grandfather of James (Caley) Seymour of Carrying Place and Taylor Neal of Belleville. Doug will be fondly remembered by friends and extended family. A Memorial Service will be held at the Steele Funeral Home, Moira Street Chapel, 30 Moira Street West (613-968-2273) on Sunday, February 12, 2017 at 4:00 p.m. with visitation from 2:30 until the time of service. Cremation has taken place. If desired, Memorial Donations to the Heart & Stroke Foundation would be appreciated.
