Ruby Naylor – of RR3, Monkton, passed away peacefully surrounded by her family at Listowel Memorial Hospital on Tuesday October 17, 2017 at the age of 75. Ruby was a member of Knox Presbyterian Church, Monkton where she was the church organist for many years. She enjoyed quilting for missions and charities where she developed many close friendships. Ruby enjoyed her life on the farm, spending time walking, caring for her cats, but most of all cherished time spent with her family.
Beloved wife of William (Bill) Naylor whom she married in 1965. Loving mother of Ernie (Leslie), Beth Sorensen (Tom), Ken (Angela) and Jerry. Special grandma of Josh, Daniel, Ben, Dana, Alexander and William. Sister of Muriel Gottfried. Fondly remembered by many nieces and nephews.
Predeceased by her parents Alex and Hilda (Krotz) Wolfe, her sister Gertrude and husband Robert Brisbin, brother Harold and brother-in-law Andrew Gottfried.
In keeping with Ruby’s wishes, cremation has taken place and a Celebration of Life will be held at a later date.
