Obituary for Nancy Mary Chapman
CHAPMAN, Nancy Mary –Passed away peacefully at Douglas Memorial Hospital on Thursday, November 2, 2017 at the age of 70. Nancy spent her final days surrounded by the love of her family. Cherished aunt of James Chapman and Theresa Baker (Jason) and sister-in-law of Martha Chapman. She will be sadly missed by many cousins. Predeceased by her parents Nelson and Mary Chapman and by her brother James (1981).
The family will receive friends at the H.L. Cudney Funeral Home, 241 West Main Street, Welland on Sunday, November 5th from 2-4 & 6-8 p.m. A funeral service will be held in the Cudney Chapel on Monday, November 6th at 1 p.m. A private burial will take place. As an expression of sympathy, the family suggests that donations be made to the Heart & Stroke Foundation, the Canadian Cancer Society or the Welland Humane Society. A special thank you to the staff at the Welland Hospital and to Dr. Scher and the staff at Douglas Memorial Hospital for their care and compassion.
