Passed peacefully, with family by his side, at Victoria Hospital, London, in his 67th year. A loving father, he will be missed by his children Sylvia and Richard Nagy. Also missed by their mother, Irma Nagy, his wife of 21 years. Beloved by Louise Hord in the autumn of his life. Predeceased by his step-brother, Steve (Pista) Nagy, and his parents, Jozsef Nagy and Etel Szabo. Visitation will be held at WESTMOUNT PRESBYTERIAN CHURCH, 521 Village Green Avenue, London on Thursday, December 21, 2017 from 1:00-2:00 p.m., where the funeral service will be conducted at 2:00 p.m. After emigrating from Hungary at the age of 16, Joe attended Fanshawe College and worked most of his life as an industrial electrician at General Motors and General Dynamics. Inquisitive, gentle and kind, Joe was a lover of nature. Those wishing to make a donation in memory of Joe are asked to consider Crest Support Services (Lucan).
