Muriel Catherine Mason
96, of Head of St. Margaret’s Bay passed away on Friday May 26, 2017 in Ivany Place, Bedford. Born in French Village she was the daughter of the late Edgar and Effie (Bremner) Hubley. Muriel worked for IMP for 12 years. She was an avid card player and enjoyed bowling and travelling. Muriel was also an active member of White Caps. Survived by her sons, James and Kenneth (Linda); daughter, Sheila (Paul) Kennedy; brother, Roy Hubley; 11 grandchildren, 19 great grandchildren; daughter-in-law, Diane and sister-in-law and lifelong friend Lillian Weldon. Predeceased by her husband James; son, Larry; brother, Charlie; sisters, Dorothy and Daisy. Funeral service will be held 10 a.m. Friday June 2nd in St. George’s Anglican Church, Head of St. Margaret’s Bay. Rev. Brieanna Andrews officiating. Burial to follow in church cemetery. A special thank you to Bluenose Cove, Ivany Place for their many acts of kindness and care given to Mom.
