Mr. Guy “Chum” Boulianne

At home in Owen Sound with his love and soulmate by his side, on April 4th, 2017. Guy James “Chum” Boulianne in his 64th year lost his battle with cancer. Beloved husband of Lize Boulianne (née Cadieux), loved father of Crystal (Pierre), of Sudbury, Matthew, of Estevan, Christopher, of Kapuskasing and Danielle (Nick), of Regina. Grandfather to Ariana, Maxim, Izabelle and Sebastian. Great-grandfather of Bennett. Dear brother to Denyse, of Abbotsford, Jack, of Oshawa, Terry (Yves), of Ajax, Michael (Wanda), of Courtney and Debbie (Tom), of Timmins. Loving son of Margaret (née Umphress) of Owen Sound and stepson to Carole of Kapuskasing. He was predeceased by his father, Jean-Guy, of Kapuskasing. Survived by many nieces and nephews, Chum was a talented musician, a designer of electronic communication equipment and an avid skier. Chum will be missed by all who were lucky enough to have known him.
A Memorial Service will be held at the BRIAN E. WOOD FUNERAL HOME, 250 – 14th Street West, Owen Sound, Ontario N4K 3X8 (519-376-7492) on Saturday, April 15th, 2017 at 11:00 a.m. In lieu of flowers, donations to the Canadian Cancer Society would be appreciated.
