FREDERICK KEVIN MOWAT It is with great sadness that we announce the sudden and unexpected passing of Kevin Mowat on September 5, 2017. Kevin will be lovingly remembered by his wife Jen (nee Cox) of 38 years; son Andrew, mother in law Joyce Cox, sister Vi (Bob), brother Jeff (Tracy), brother in law Michael, Aileen Mowat, adored nieces and nephews; Jen, Lindsay, Derek, Justin, Stephen, Bryce, Sean, Lindsay, and Dave; as well as treasured friends and colleagues. Kevin was born in Windsor, Ontario on December 13, 1952, to Power and Joy Mowat. He met the love of his life Jen and they were married on July 7, 1979 and settled in Winnipeg….
