Moyra Leigh Osborne – 2016

OSBORNE, Moyra Leigh
Age 75, of Dartmouth, passed away on Wednesday, November 30, 2016. Born March 10, 1941, she was a daughter of the late Leigh and Gladys (Duncanson) Fielding, and the youngest of six siblings.
Moyra was a very special person who was a good wife, mother, grandmother and friend. She always went above and beyond for those she loved so dearly. Moyra enjoyed gardening, baking (making fudge) as well as meeting people. She would be known as the “social butterfly.” She was a hard worker who enjoyed selling at the Brewery Market in Halifax and at the Penhorn Flea Market in earlier years. In later years she was dedicated to caring for her current husband. She will be greatly missed by all those who loved her.
Moyra is survived by her third husband, Warren Gerald Osborne; daughters, Cindy Anne Norwood, Lake Echo; and Lynne Marie Comeau, Ferintosh, AB; grandchildren, Corey Warren Norwood, Katelyn Leanne Comeau and Jordan Marie Comeau; brothers, Phillip, Douglas and David Fielding; and several nieces and nephews. Moyra was predeceased by her second husband, Warren Richard Colby.
Arrangements have been entrusted to DeMont Family Funeral Home & Cremation Service, 419 Albert St., PO Box 981, Windsor, NS BON 2TO (902-798-8317), where the funeral service will be held 11 a.m. Tuesday, December 6, Rev.
