CHARTRAND, Michael – It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of our brother Mike on October 23, 2017 at the age of 55 years after a courageous battle with cancer. Loving father of Shaelyn (Joey), Benjamin, Courtney and Tayler. Dear brother of Claude (Sue), Marc, Diane (Ray), Claudette (Paul) and Cecile. Predeceased by his mother Noella Chartrand. “Go in peace Mike, we know that mom is there to welcome you”. In keeping with Michael’s wishes a private family visitation was held at the Wilson Funeral Home, 822 Pitt Street, Cornwall on Saturday, October 28, 2017. If so desired memorial contributions in his memory to the Cornwall Hospice would be appreciated by the family.
