Mike Hanchar passed away peacefully in the Vernon Jubilee Hospital on Saturday March 4, 2017 at the age of 75 years. Mike is survived by his loving family. In respecting Mike’s wishes he will be cremated and interred in the Pleasant Valley Cemetery with his parents Peter and Mary Hanchar and his late wife Barb Hanchar. The family wish to thank Carrington Place and the Vernon Jubilee Hospital for the loving care they provided Mike. In lieu of flowers those friends wishing to make memorial contributions in memory of Mike may do so to the North Okanagan Hospice Society 3506 27 Avenue Vernon, BC V1T 1S4.
