1936-2017
Melissa R. Murray of Fredericton and formerly of Lower Hainesville, NB
was promoted to Heaven on March 19, 2017 at the Dr. Everett Chalmers
Hospital and is now with her Saviour. Melissa was born in Lower
Hainesville, NB in 1936, a daughter of the late Reginald and Daisy
(Webb) Allen.
She is survived by four daughters, Lainey Foreman, AB, Karen-Lee Nash,
AB, Merry-Lynne Inman (Randy) and Tanya Murray, both of Fredericton,
NB; two sons, George Murray (Denise), Fredericton, NB and Kerry Murray
(Ann), AB; seventeen grandchildren, twelve great grandchildren and one
great great granddaughter; a brother, George Allen (Dolores), Arizona;
a sister-in-law, Carol Commission (Paul), ON; several nieces and
nephews.
In addition to her parents, she was predeceased by her husband, O.
Keith Murray and a son, Allan Keith Murray.
Visiting hours will be held at Journey Wesleyan Church, 131 Duncan
Lane, Fredericton, NB on Thursday, March 23, 2017 from 7 to 9 pm.
Visiting hours will also be held at Lower Hainesville Wesleyan Church,
468 Central Hainesville Road, Lower Hainesville, NB on Saturday, March
25, 2017 from 12 noon until 2 pm, followed by the funeral service at 2
pm with Pastor Scott Lewis and Pastor Arthur Maxwell officiating.
Interment will be later at Lower Hainesville Cemetery.
For those who wish to make a donation in memory of Melissa, the family
has suggested the Lower Hainesville Wesleyan Church.
