Obituary for Mavis Arnold
It is with great sadness that I announce the passing of Mavis at Allendale Care Home in Milton. Mavis came to Milton as a war bride from Birkenhead England in 1947. Predeceased by her husband Jack. Will be missed by daughter Joyce. Mavis worked as receptionist at EC Drury School and had a great love of travel and nice wine. She will be missed by six nephews. I’d like to thank Doctor Hunter and Doctor Kolbasnik. Also the wonderful caring staff at Allendale who were always there for her. Expressions of thanks may be sent to the The Willow Foundation (Allandale) or the Canadian Cancer Society.
