Passed away peacefully on December 9, 2017 at 79 years of age. Predeceased by her husband Ray Church. Beloved mother of Kim (Tim) Predhomme, Karen (Mike) Perrault and Rob (Duma) Root. Loving Grandma of Jen, Josh, Racheal, Kate, Chad, Nick, Andrea, Jeremy and great Nana of 11. Dear sister of Chris Wilson and Angie Root. Moe will be sadly missed by her extended family and dear friends.
