The death occurred suddenly at home in Charlottetown, on the
1st of July 2017 of Matthew Edward Powell, aged 25 years, formerly of
Miscouche. Born in Charlottetown, September 11,
1991. Son of Linda Gallant and the late Mike Gallant,
Miscouche and Mark Powell, Norway. Twin Brother to Alex
Powell, Danielle Gallant and the late Kevin Gallant. Grandson of Jerry
and Faye Adams Sea View, Eddie and the late Wendy
Powell, England, and Pauline and the late Albert Gallant,
Alaska.
Nephew of Christine & Brian Decoste, Tracy
& Ian McDonald, Shelley & Chris Roach,
Selina Powell and Noralee Gallant. Fondly remembered by
numerous cousins.
Resting at the Davison
Funeral Home Kensington for visitation on Wednesday, July 5 2017 from
6-9 p.m. Funeral will be held in the Davison Funeral Home
Chapel on Wednesdy July 19, 2017 at 10: 30 a.m. Interment in
People’s Cemetery, Summerside. If so desired memorial donations may be
made to the Prince County Hospital Foundation, PEI Mental
Health or The MS Society – PEI Division.
