Obituary of Mary Sentis

Mary passed away peacefully August 16, 2017. Born in Konigsberg, East Prussia, she emigrated to Canada with her family in 1929. Predeceased by husband Leo, parents Maria & Anton Radigk, brothers Henry & Bruno Radigk, nephew Gary Radigk, survived by niece Betty Lou (Edward) Gaudette, great nieces Christelle Gaudette, Joni Gaudette (daughter Maegan
Beck), Nicole Gaudette, nephew Ron Radigk (son Josh Radigk) extended family Peggy Watson (son Brock), Sharon Radigk-Kobialko and special friend Lorraine Vincent. Mary worked in Regina for much of her adult life, most notably as a clerk in United Cigar Stores, receptionist then EKG tech at the Medical Arts Clinic followed by the employment at the Harvest Farm at
Kronau. She was a dedicated member of Blessed Sacrament Church for many years, sang in the choir, did Scripture readings at Mass and was a CWL member. As a gifted artist, much of her work is currently displayed in hospitals throughout the province as well as here in Regina. She was a thoughtful and generous person who supported World Vision, Madonna House and others, and was a long time Rider fan. Mary spent the last 6 years at Parkside Extendicare and received wonderful care from the compassionate staff. Funeral Mass will be at Blessed Sacrament Church, 2049 Scarth St., Saturday October 28, 2017, 11:00 am. Riverside Interment to follow.
