Obituary of Mary Farkas
Farkas, Mary Cecilia Violet (nee Zajak) –
It is with deep sadness that we announce the peaceful passing of Mary after her struggle with Alzheimer’s disease. She was surrounded by family with love on Wednesday, November 29, 2017 at the Bennett Health Care Centre, Georgetown, in her 88th year. Survived and truly missed by her beloved and devoted husband Paul of 63 years. Loving mother of Linda Davis, Victor (Shelagh Fitzpatrick) Farkas, Donald (Nancy) Farkas and Peter (Angela) Farkas, Cherished grandmother of Alex, Alyssa, Leanne, Tori, Taylor and Andrea. Our sincerest appreciation to the very loving and dedicated staff at the Bennett Health Care Centre. Rest In Peace Nana. You will be greatly missed and always loved. As per Mary’s wishes, cremation has taken place. Condolences may be offered to the family at www.jsjonesandsonfuneralhome.com. Memorial contributions to the Alzheimer’s Society of Canada are greatly appreciated by the family.
