Peacefully, as the sun rose on Wednesday August 23, 2017 with her family at her side, Mary passed away and began her journey into heaven. Mary leaves to cherish her memory her loving husband of 67 years Mykola Mys, niece Yvonne Hawryliuk (Winnipeg), and family in Ukraine. She will also be missed by her many cousins, extended family, and friends. She is predeceased by her parents George and Veronica Myketa, stepmother Madge (Leitchman) Myketa, sister Phyllis (Myketa) Hawryliuk and brother-in-law Bob Hawryliuk.
