It is with heavy hearts the family wishes to announce the passing of their beloved wife grandmother, great-grandmother, and mother Mary Ellen Hunter of Princeton on Thursday, February 23, 2017 at VON-Sakura House, Woodstock at the age of 66 years, surrounded by her loving family. Loving wife of 36 years, to Larry Butcher. Supportive and caring grandmother to Branden Hunter and his wife Hannah of London; Taniesha Robart and her husband Ryan of London; Rory Hunter of Ajax. Fantastic great grandmother to Daevon and Kiyren Robart; and Leo Hunter. Beloved mother to Wanda Hunter of Ajax; Erin Hunter and his wife Melissa and their children Connor and Joshua of London. Step-mother to Jamie Butcher and his wife Shelva of Innerkip. Special Aunt to her nephew Andrew Graves and his wife Sabryna of Guelph. Sister to Diane Burns and her husband Neil; Harold Graves; Judy Gurney and her husband Reg; Steve Graves and his wife Donna; Kristine Benjamin and her husband Phil. Sister in law to Reg Butcher and his wife Janet; Ruby McDougall and her husband Tom. Daughter-in-law to Keith Butcher and his wife Rhoda. Aunt to several nieces and nephews. Predeceased by her parents Roy and Bertha Graves; and her mother-in-law Agnes Butcher. Mary gave everything for her family. There will be a celebration of life for Mary on Saturday, March 11, 2017 at the Princeton Centennial Hall, 39 Main St. S., Princeton, ON from 1:00 PM until 4:00 PM, all are welcome. In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be made to the Alzheimer’s Society or a Charity of Choice and can be made by contacting Ostrander’s Funeral Home Limited, 43 Bidwell St. Tillsonburg, Ontario (519)-842-5221 who have been entrusted with Mary’s arrangements.
