Passed away peacefully at St. Luke’s Home on October 21, 2017 in her 92nd year, Mary Hammond (nee Collins). Predeceased by her husband Douglas; son Michael “Mick”; son – in – law Stephen Probert; and members of the Collins and Hammond Families. Leaving to mourn her loving children, daughters Mary Blake (Ira), Maureen Probert, Patricia Gill (Calvin) and son William (Karen); daughter – in – law Judy Hammond; 15 grandchildren and 14 great grandchildren; sister Helen Galway. A special heartfelt thank you to the staff of Trinity Square and Inglewood of St. Luke’s for their exceptional care and compassion shown to Mary during her short stay. Resting at Caul’s Funeral Home, LeMarchant Road on Monday from 6 p.m. – 9 p.m. and Tuesday from 10 a.m. – 12 noon, 2 p.m. – 4 p.m. and 7 p.m. – 9 p.m. Funeral Service will take place on Wednesday, October 25, 2017 from Caul’s Chapel at 11 a.m. Interment to follow at Holy Sepulchre Cemetery. In Lieu of flowers, donations may be made to St. Luke’s Nursing Home.
