MARY ANN DEGIORGIO (1945-2017)
Suddenly, on Saturday, September 2, 2017 at the Tillsonburg District Memorial Hospital, Mary Ann (Webb) Degiorgio of Tillsonburg passed away at the age of 72 years. Beloved wife and best friend of Lawrence “Laurie”. Proud and loving mother of her son Nathan and his wife Amy of London. Cherished grandmother of Luke and Lauren. Dear sister of Gary Webb and his wife Carolyn of Port Hope, Cathy Tufts and her husband Allison of Brampton and Kim Giannini of Etobicoke. Mary Ann will be sadly missed by her mother-in-law Mary Degiorgio of Australia and 2 sisters-in-law Anne Poole and her husband Jeff and Margaret Turner and her husband Arthur all of Australia. Mary Ann is also survived by her many nieces and nephews. Predeceased by her parents James and Catherine (Whitehead) Webb and her father-in-law Joseph Degiorgio. Mary Ann was heavily involved with all the activities at Baldwin Place. She was also a Board Member at First Baptist Church in Tillsonburg. Friends and relatives will be received at Ostrander’s Funeral Home, 43 Bidwell Street, Tillsonburg (519-842-5221) on Thursday September 7, 2017 from 5:00- 8:00 P.M.
The Funeral Service for Mary Ann will be held in Ostrander’s Chapel on Friday September 8, 2017 at 11:00 A.M. with Pastor Kevin Babbey and Pastor Steve Amorin officiating. Interment to follow in Tillsonburg cemetery. Memorial donations to the First Baptist Church, Tillsonburg or the Heart & Stroke Foundation would be appreciated by the Degiorgio family.
