Obituary for Marvin Marcischuk
On Thursday, May 11, 2017, Marvin Marcischuk, age 87 years, passed away peacefully at Fairview Home. Marvin will be lovingly remembered by his wife of 59 years, Lena; daughters Donna Sparks (Steve) and Marcia McMaster (Gord); grandchildren Brandyn, Kryssy, Nash and Danika; twin sister Marion Ogibowski; sisters Laverne Sichewski (Mike), May Siwak (Dennis) and extended family. He was predeceased by parents Peter and Frances Marsischuk; sisters Jessie and Anne. Special thanks to the staff and care givers at Fairview Home for the exceptional care they provided. A Celebration of Marvin’s Life will take place at Memories Chapel, 330 18th Street North, on Wednesday, May 17, 2017 at 1:00 p.m. with Arlene Robertson officiating. A reception will follow. Donations in lieu of flowers may be made to the Alzheimer Society of Manitoba, Unit 4B-457 9th Street, Brandon, Manitoba R7A 1K2.
