Obituary for Martin Roy
On August 24, 2017 martin peacefully passed away with family members by his side. He is survived by his son Robin (Lorene),granddaughter Amber, grandsons Robert and Lucas, great grandsons Kalin and Tristan, his brothers, sisters, in-laws and numerous nieces and nephews.
Martin retired after many years of service with the CN. He was an original Transcona Turbo hockey team member and inducted into the Manitoba Sports Hall of Fame (Football).
A Celebration of Life will be held on Tuesday, August 29, 2017 at 7:00 pm at Wheeler Funeral Home at 1800 Day Street. A funeral service will be held on Saturday, September 2, 2017 at 11:00 am Sacred Heart Parish in Sioux Lookout, Ontario.
