85, of Hammonds Plains passed away Friday May 12, 2017 in the QEII Health Sciences Center, Halifax. Born in Tantallon she was the daughter of the late Albert and Bertha (Trueman) Smith. Marjorie enjoyed playing cards, bowling, softball, travelling and spending time with her family. Survived by her sons, Terry (Lynda), Red Deer; Barry (Maria), Wayne (Wendy) and Paul (Mary), daughter, Cindy (Robbie) Singer, all of Hammonds Plains; grandchildren, Tracey, Tara, Michael, Scott, Trevor, Blair, Christie, Cory, Holly, Amanda, Ryan, and Bethany; several great-grandchildren; brothers, Cyril and Daniel (Ruth), both of Tantallon; sister, Evelyn Rafuse, PEI.; special friend and caregiver Mary Norman. Predeceased by her husband Raymond; brothers, Delmour, Roy, Maynard and Garvie; sisters, Ada, Thelma and Lena. Funeral service will be held 11 a.m. Monday May 15th in the Ronald A. Walker Funeral Home, 13549 Peggy’s Cove Road, Upper Tantallon. Pastor John Purdy officiating. In lieu of flowers donations can be made to CNIB. Online condolences can be made to www.rawalker.ca
