Obituary of Marilyn Gardner
Gardner: Marilyn Patricia (Lemon) a resident of Glencoe passed away Wednesday, August 30, 2017 at Four Counties Health Services, Newbury at the age of 73. Born in Guelph, daughter of the late Mary (Cripps) and Frederick Lemon. Beloved wife of Jim Gardner. Loving mother of Wilfred (Sherry), Dennis and Debbie (David). Proud grandma of Sean, Casey and Travis (Jessica). Dear sister of Betty (Ed) Hawes, Dean Lemon and Jacqueline (Tim) Morse. Lovingly remembered by her great aunts Doris (Cripps) Bingham and Ruth (Cripps) Morrow; sister-in-law Donna (Bob) Book; many nieces, nephews, friends, neighbours and Church families at Bothwell/Clachan Baptist and Glencoe Presbyterian. The Gardner family will receive friends at the Badder & Robinson Funeral Home, 211 Elm St., Bothwell on Friday from 1 p.m. – 3 p.m. and 6 p.m. – 8 p.m. The funeral service will be held from the funeral home on Saturday, September 2, 2017 at 2 p.m. Cremation to follow. A luncheon will be served at the Glencoe Presbyterian Church at 3:30 p.m. If desired, donations may be made to the Heart & Stroke Foundation or the Glencoe Lioness Club.
