Obituary for Marguarite Jeanette “Jean” Clark (Hartman)
Clark – Jean, of Evansville, passed away on Tuesday December 5, 2017 in her 86th year. Beloved mother of Sanford and Steven D. (Zhanna Yushchanka), and mother in law of Steve MacDonald. Jean will be greatly missed by her granddaughters Janet, Holly, Samantha and Sophia. Predeceased by her husband Robert, parents Charles and Florence (Staley) Hartman, daughter Kathryn Roberta MacDonald, brothers Philip Hartman, Charles (Eileen) Hartman, sisters Phyllis (Hugh) Duncan and Virginia (Bill) Le Neve.
Jean was a doting grandmother to her beautiful granddaughters. When she wasn’t baking for family and friends, she was baking for various fundraisers and community events. Her passions included knitting, crocheting and quilting. Jean was a former member of the Happy Quilters. Visitation will be held at the SIMPSON FUNERAL HOME on Monday December 11, 2017 from 2-4 and 7-9 pm, where the funeral service will be held on Tuesday at 11 am. Memorial donations may be made to the Arthritis Society as expressions of sympathy and may be made through www.simpsonfuneralhome.ca
