Harper, Margaret Immaculata (nee Kennedy)
Passed away on Monday, December 5, 2016. Predeceased by her first husband, Paul Comeau, by her brothers Edward, James and Albert, by her sisters Regina and Rita and by her nephew Timmy Kennedy. Left to mourn their losses are her loving and devoted husband, Ralph Harper, her brother William J. Kennedy of St. John’s, Newfoundland, her sisters Mary Keiley of St. John’s, Newfoundland and Anne Kennedy of Groton, Connecticut, her sisters-in-law Kathleen Kennedy of Burton, New Brunswick and Donna Kennedy of St. John’s, Newfoundland, her cousins and many nieces and nephews. Marge will be remembered by Michael, Marie, Theresa, Joseph, Peter, Barbara, John, Paul and the late Martin and all of their spouses and families. Cherished friend of Mary Ralston of Fredericton, New Brunswick, Mavis Sturgeon of Fredericton, New Brunswick, Agnes Klein of Abbotsford, British Columbia, Ellen Cantwell, Anne MacCallum, Colleen McKenna and Diane Carruthers all of Toronto.
Friends will be received at the Gilbert MacIntyre & Son Funeral Home, Dublin Chapel, 252 Dublin Street North, Guelph on Tuesday, December 13, 2016 from 6-8 p.m. A vigil for Marge will be held on Tuesday at 6 p.m. A Funeral Mass will take place at Holy Rosary Church, 175 Emma Street, Guelph on Wednesday, December 14, 2016 at 10:30 a.m. with cremation to follow. In lieu of flowers, donations to a children’s charity of one’s choice, to Doctors Without Borders or to Amnesty International would be appreciated by the family.
