Passed away peacefully at home after a short illness on Saturday, September 30, 2017. Margaret Bulger, age 94 years. Predeceased by her mother Ellen and father Pat Kelly; parents-in-laws William and Mary Bulger; husband Patrick; daughter-in-law Thelma Bulger; sister and best friend Marie Kelly; son Pat; special nephew Bill Kelly and nephews Jim and Kevin Kelly. Leaving to mourn her 5 sons (the boys as she called them) Bob (Judy), David (Linda), Paul (Marie), Brian (Norma) and Craig; her daughter Helen Winsor (Charles, deceased); daughter-in-law Linda Bulger; 10 grandchildren Charles (Babe) Winsor, Kelli Winsor McAllister whom she loved as her own, Rob Bulger (Krista), Gary Bulger (Tracey), David Bulger (Carrie), Danny Bulger (Tanya), Christa Grant (Mark), Jeffrey Bulger (Leah), Josh and Ian Bulger; great grandchildren Alexandria and Zoe Bulger, Emilie Bulger, Connor and Cameron Grant and Grayson McAllister (the light of her life). Mom also had a great love and affection for her sister Marie’s family the Kelly’s, who returned the same love to her; Frank (Bernice), Linda Tucker (Fred), June, Rosalind Emberly (Bruce), and Rick (Rena). The family would also like to thank Dr. Andrew Rossiter, who always treated Mom with great compassion and respect. Resting at Caul’s Funeral Home, LeMarchant Road. Visitation on Monday from 2 p.m. – 4 p.m. and 7 p.m. – 9 p.m. Funeral service will take place on Tuesday, October 3, 2017 at 9:30 a.m. from Caul’s Chapel. Cremation to follow. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in her memory to a charity of one’s choice.
