Passed away swiftly on January 2, 2017 at the age of 81. Rocky is survived by his loving and devoted wife of 54 years, Deanna (Dee Dee) – (nee Larrissey) and his son Darren (Natalie). He will be forever greatly missed by his two beloved grandchildren Jason and Jake, and their mom Shirley. He is also survived by his brothers George (Ann), Ron (Sheila), and Frank (Carolin). Rocky was predeceased by his brothers Calvin and Albert and his sister Lillian.
Visitation will take place at J.J. Cardinal Funeral Home 2125 rue Notre-Dame, Lachine on Sunday January 8th from 7-9pm and on Monday January 9th from 10am -12 Noon followed by the funeral service in the chapel.
In lieu of flowers, donations to St. Gabriel’s Parish Food Bank (2157 Centre St, Montreal, QC, H3K 1J5) would be greatly appreciated.
Rocky lived for the love of his family and friends, and kicking some butt at darts and cribbage. May he rest in peace. Though we will forever miss him, he remains lovingly, forever in our hearts.
