Passed away peacefully at the Georgian Bay General Hospital in Midland surrounded by family on Sunday, December 3, 2017. Grace Lyons (nee McKay) of Elmvale in her 90th year. Beloved wife of the late John Ord and Morley Lyons. Loving mother of Carol (Norm) Hales of Tiny, late Sharon Schepers (Harry and Donna of Phelpston), and Wendy Hunt (Cecil) of Toronto. Cherished grandma of Tammy Hales, Mike (Tara) Hales, Rick Hales (Alison Parnell), Ian Schepers (Laura MacPhee), Cory (Missy) Schepers, Steve Schepers, Colleen Mott (Steve), Adrienne Hunt (Justin), and John Hunt (Emily). Proud great grandma of 18. Sister of Alex (Marilyn) McKay of Scarborough and the late Helen (John) Turner.
Visitation will be held at the Lynn-Stone Funeral Home Elmvale from 6-9 pm on Wednesday, December 6 and 12 -1 pm on Thursday, December 7 at the Elmvale Presbyterian Church. Funeral Service at 1 pm on Thursday, December 7 at the Elmvale Presbyterian Church.
Interment Elmvale Cemetery.
Memorial donations to the Elmvale Presbyterian Church, Canadian Red Cross, or the Penetanguishene Dialysis Unit would be appreciated.
