Lynne Alguire October 21, 1954 – June 08, 2017

ALGUIRE, Lynne Helen Marie (nee Lalonde) – Peacefully on June 8, 2017 at Hospice Cornwall at the age of 62 years. Loving wife of Kent Dalton Alguire. Affectionate mother of Lyanne Marie Alguire and Amy Lynne Alguire (Travis Dunning). Devoted Nanna to Emmett Dalton Alguire and Cohen Claude Dunning. She was the daughter of the Claude Joseph Lalonde and Marjorie Helen McMillan. Dear sister to Paul, Gerald, Rick (Marie), Bob (Kathie) and Ron (Carole). Lynne is also survived by her step-sister Armande (William Sloan), step-brother Roger (Claire), father-in-law Basil Dalton Alguire (late Joan Laplante) as well as many nieces and nephews. She was the special niece and best friend of Sandra Nishimazuru and will also be missed by her “sistas” Debbie, Karen, Gail and Wendy. Resting at the Wilson Funeral Home 822 Pitt Street, Cornwall where visitation will be held on Monday June 12, 2017 from 2-4 and 7-9PM. The Liturgy of the Word will be celebrated in the Chapel of the Wilson Funeral Home on Tuesday June 13, 2017 at 10 AM. Rite of Committal to follow in Woodlawn Cemetery. If so desired, contributions to the Ted Program (Notre Dame School, 420 Fifteen Street West Cornwall, Ontario K6H 3K5) would be appreciated by the family.
