Lydia Pipke
Peacefully on December 26, 2017, at the age of 87 Lydia Pipke passed away at the Sturgeon Community Hospital.
She will be lovingly remembered by her 3 children; Dennis (Donna), Connie (Danny) Dvernychuk and Barbara (Klaus), grandchildren; Trent (Mandy), Trevor (Francie), Travis (Jaclyn), Carrie (Jay), Cristy and Kevin, great grandchildren; Zaidyn, Kasyn, Kohyn. Bella, Isaiah, Ella.; Claira, Devin, Camille, Taylor and Ledger. Sister Hilda Cunningham, Brother Ewalt Janke, Sister-in-law Denise Pipke also numerous nieces and nephews. She is predeceased by her husband Heinz, 2 sons Douglas and Larry, 2 sisters Olga Spargo and Alvina Klapstein
Lydia’s passion was her crafts and crocheting.
To comply with her wishes no funeral will be held and the family will have a private memorial at a later date.
The family is sincerely grateful to the staff of the St. Albert Retirement Residence for their care in Mom’s last year.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in memory of Lydia to the Cross Cancer Institute
