Obituary for Louise A. Godard
Peacefully at the Ottawa General Hospital on Wednesday, April 19, 2017 at the age of 71. Dear daughter of the late Cécile (née Lemieux) and the late Lucien Vincent. Dearly beloved wife of the late Marcel Godard. Loving mother of Natalie Cloutier (Mark) and Sophie Charlebois (Philip). Cherished grandmother of Alexandre Cloutier and Nicolas Charlebois. Dear sister of Marthe Villeneuve (André), Marie Girouard (Al), Colette Ouellette (Gilles), Monique Lacroix (feu Michel), André Vincent (Jeannine), Michel Vincent (Josée) and Francine Poitras (Léo). Also loved by her brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nieces and nephews. The Funeral Mass will be held at Ste-Geneviève Roman Catholic Church 825 Canterbury Avenue, Ottawa on Saturday, April 29, 2017 at 11 a.m. Family will receive condolences at the church from 10 a.m. A private Inurnment will be held at Hope Cemetery at a later date. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions to CHEO or to the Canadian Cancer Society would be appreciated by the family.
