EISNER, Lloyd Rayburn – age 78, of Meadowvale, NS passed away Tuesday, December 5, 2017 in Soldiers’ Memorial Hospital, Middleton. Born in Somerset, Kings County, he was the son of the late Ira David and Evelyn Mary (Jefferson) Eisner. Lloyd owned and operated his own appliance repair business and worked for Sears for many years. He will be sadly missed by his companion Betty Myra of Meadowvale; daughters Kathy (Brian) Bent of Middleton and Shelley Eisner of Digby; sister Elva (Orville) Wright of Cincinnati, Ohio; brothers Allison (Pauline) of Cambridge; Willis (Pauline) of Bedford and Wayne (JoAnne) of Berwick. Besides his parents, Lloyd was predeceased by his son Steven. In keeping with Lloyd’s wishes, cremation has taken place. A service will be held at a later date. Donations in memory may be made to the Canadian Cancer Society. Arrangements have been entrusted to Middleton Funeral Home, 398 Main St., 902-825-3448.
