Obituary for Lloyd Beuermann
LLOYD BEUERMANN
Lloyd Beuermann, 80, of Mitchell passed away peacefully surrounded by his family at the Ritz Lutheran Villa, Mitchell on Sunday, December 17, 2017.
Beloved husband of Audrey Beuermann for 56 years. Dear father of Tammy Buckley, Tracey Phillips (Mark) and Lisa Wolfkamp (Mark). Loving “Papa” of Nathan, Melissa and Luke Buckley; Tina Stacey (Brad), Allie and Gabriella Phillips; Danica and Amelia Wolfkamp. Proud great grandfather of Evelyn Stacey.
Dear brother of Gerald Beuermann (Jean), Joyce Siemon (Ivan Hinz), Jannette Hillebrecht (Ray), Roy Beuermann (Joan) and Don Beuermann (Pauline). Dear brother-in-law of Audrey Beuermann, Elsie Beuermann, Olene Dennis (Murray), Merle Burns, Lois Sinclair (Glen) and Marion Godkin.
Predeceased by his parents George and Lavina Beuermann, brothers Bruce in infancy, Ron (1997) and Ken (2001), brothers-in-law Ken Siemon, Lavern Godkin, Mervin Godkin (June) and James Burns.
Lloyd loved to spend time with his family, friends and neighbours and especially enjoyed camping, fixing things and sweets.
Friends will be received at the Lockhart Funeral Home, 109 Montreal St., Mitchell on Tuesday, December 19, 2017 from 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. The funeral service will be held on Wednesday at St. Peter’s Lutheran Church, Brodhagen at 11:00 a.m. with Pastor Laura Sauder officiating. A reception will follow at the Brodhagen Community Centre. Spring interment in St. Peter’s Lutheran Cemetery.
Memorial donations to St. Peter’s Lutheran Church, Ritz Lutheran Villa or charity of one’s choice would be appreciated and may be made at LockhartFuneralHome.com.
