On January 13, 2017, we said a tearful goodbye to our beloved mother, grandmother and great grandmother, Lil Wallis of Fort Assiniboine, who passed away at the age of 80. She will be forever remembered by her sons Reg (Holly) and Ron, of Fort Assiniboine, AB, and her daughters Lorie (Ron) Thibodeau of Ottawa, ON and Ruby of Calgary, AB, as well as her seven grandchildren and seven great grandchildren. Lil was predeceased by her husband Dawn in 1977. A keen mind for numbers, she worked as a bookkeeper for her sons’ company for over 40 years, and volunteered her time and knowledge to various organizations within her community. An avid…
