Obituary for Lenora Fillier (nee Hunt)
Fillier, Lenora
Passed away peacefully at North Pond Manor on October 28, 2017, Lenora Gertrude Fillier (Tot) age 77 years. Predeceased by parents Paul and Susie (Luffman) Hunt, husband Lloyd, son Tony, brothers Robert, Don, Jack, Bill, Gord and sister Jean.
Leaving to mourn son Terry (Joan), grandson Julian (Samantha), son in law David O’Dea, sisters Carol & Glenys, brothers Paddy (Sherry), Wayne (Peggy), Wade (Susan), Terry (Yvonne) and sisters and brother-in-laws from the Fillier and Hunt families as well as many nieces, nephews and special friends.
The family would like to thank Tot’s niece Bonnie Belec for all her support, her personal home care worker Mandy Densmore, staff at North Pond Manor, Drs. Greg Sutton and Thomas Hall as well as other extended family and friends which are too numerous to mention.
Resting at James J. Hickey Memorial Funeral Home, Kelligrews. Visitation begins on Monday, October 30 from 7 p.m. to 9 p.m., Tuesday, October 31 from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m. and 7 p.m. to 9 p.m. Funeral service will be held on Wednesday, November 1 at 11 a.m. at All Saints Anglican Church, Foxtrap. Interment in the Anglican Cemetery, Dunn’s Hill, Foxtrap. Flowers gratefully accepted or donations may be made in Tot’s memory to the Lung Association.
