Peacefully at home on Thursday, February 9, 2017 at the age of 70. Beloved husband of Gloria (nee Lloyd). Loving father of Chris and Kelly (Chris Gillis). Cherished grandpa of Mackenzie, Adison and Kylah. Dear brother of Brenda (the late Keith Moodie), brother-in-law of Grant (Nancy). Uncle to Glen (Angie) and Brad(Becky). Friends may pay respects at the Capital Funeral Home and Cemetery, 3700 Prince of Wales Drive, Ottawa, 613-692-1211 on Wednesday, February 15 from 11 am until service time in the chapel at 1pm. In lieu of flowers, donations to Cancer Research or the Almonte General Hospital would be appreciated. A special thanks to Dr. Susie Quackenbush and the nurses of CCAC.
