In loving memory of Laurier who passed away, Wednesday, December 13, 2017 at the age of 85 years. Son of the late Camille and Claire (née Sauvé) Belanger. Beloved husband of Jeanne (née Pinard). Loving father of Armand (Donna) of Barrie, Paul (Roxanna) of Edmonton, Roger (Tina) of Toronto and Robert (Nancy) of Garson. Cherished pépère of Vanessa, Danielle, Victoria, James, Samantha, Tucker, Tatum, Erica and great-grandfather of Hudson and Kingston. Sadly missed by his sister Estelle (Art Desabrais) of Alban and by his brothers Merille of North Augusta and Lawrence (Bonnie) of Val Caron. Predeceased by his brother Fernand (late Adrienne) and by his sister Lucille (late Irving Hall). Lovingly remembered by many nieces and nephews. Laurier worked at Rene’s Radiator and also at the Copper Cliff smelter in the maintenance department for 36 ½ years. He was a member of the Quarter Century Club, Caruso Golden Age, Ottawa Valley Club, and long-time member of River’s Tours. Laurier enjoyed dancing, picking blueberries and playing cribbage. The family will receive relatives and friends at the COOPERATIVE FUNERAL HOME, 222 Lasalle Blvd, Sudbury, Sunday, December 17, 2017 from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9:30 p.m. Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated Monday, December 18, 2017 at 11 a.m. at St-Dominique Church, 1241 Diane St., Sudbury.
