1934-2017
The death occurred at Macleod Care Clinton View Lodge,
Clinton on Monday March 27, 2017 of L. Elaine Adams RN formerly of
Margate and Kensington, aged 82 years. Born in Summerside on April 8,
1934, daughter of the late Horace and Ruth (Davison) Glover. Wife of
the late Lorne H. Adams. Mother of Stephen Adams (Anne Keefe) and
Bruce (Shelia) Adams. Grandmother to Angie Adams (Nathan McKellar),
Vickie Lynn Adams, Amanda Adams, Joshua Adams. Great grandmother to
Gage and Ebony Adams, Zachary and Kalev DesRoches. Sister in Law of
Violet Adams (Ralph- deceased), Thelma Stewart (Willard- deceased),
Isabel (Fred) Sales and Reta (Ted) Gallant. Aunt of John (Cathy),
Barry (Carol Anne), Donald (Brenda), Garth (Trish) Adams, Janet
(Elwood) MacMillan, Gregg (Sandra) Stewart, Ruby Adams (Lyman
Nicholson) and Paul (Heather) Adams. Also surviving are a number of
cousins. Predeceased by son Wayne Adams, grandson Lorne Adams, great
grandchildren Terra-Lynn and J.B. DesRoches and Wiley Adams.
Brother-in-law Keith Adams and niece June Adams.
Resting at the Davison Funeral Home Kensington for visitation
on Wednesday from 6-8 p.m. Funeral Thursday in the Davison
Funeral Home Chapel at 1 p.m. Interment in the Margate
Cemetery. If so desired contributions may be made to the Margate
Cemetery Fund or IWK Health Centre
