It is with great sadness we announce the sudden passing of Dale Stanley Kravik, on June 14, 2017, at the age of 76 years.
Dale was born May 28, 1941 in Edberg, AB, the third child of 9 born to Francis and Oscar Kravik.
Although he worked a variety of jobs throughout his life, including Steam Truck Operator, Border Paving, Oilfield work and Fiberex, he always returned to farming, his passion.
Dale cherished his family and was a wonderful and caring father, grandfather, great-grandfather, brother, uncle and friend. He greatly enjoyed helping others, no matter what the task.
He will be forever missed by his son Brian (Sonya); step-children Roxanne (Pete), Colleen (Perry), Mike (Elaine) and Billy; 18 grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren; his sisters Barbara (Bill), Iris (Ed), Donna (Scott) and brother Ron (Anne); in-laws Lucille and Linda; as well as numerous nieces and nephews.
He was predeceased by his loving companion, Carol Vogelson; granddaughter Angela; mother and father Francis and Oscar; brothers Leo, Murray and Ricky; sister Jeanette; nephews Steven, Dwayne, Kelly and Dezi, in-laws Ken and Frank.
A Celebration of Dale’s Life will be held Tuesday, June 20, 2017 at 3:00 p.m. at the Calmar Legion, Calmar, AB.
