Obituary of Kenneth Taylor
Kenneth Bruce Taylor, of Kemble, passed away suddenly in the bush doing what he loved to do on Friday, October 6th, 2017, at the age of 75 years. Ken married his best friend, Janice (nee Edmonstone) on May 9th, 1964 and together they had four children, Kerolyn Moran (Bill), of Kemble, Melanie Mountain (Tony), of Dornock, Norm Taylor (Misty) and Mark Taylor (Sarah), both of Kemble. He was very proud of his grandchildren, Patrick (Nadine), Jaclyn, Mitchell, Katelyn, Ty, Zachary, Navaeh, Grace, Julia, Leah, Greg (Stephanie), Zack, Cameron, Curtis; his great-grandchildren of Kieran, Jack, Elizabeth and his special grandson, Theo. He will be sadly missed by his siblings, Ivan Taylor (Linda), of Toronto, Ralph Taylor (Kathy), of Desboro; his in-laws, Charlie Robinson, of Goderich and Bernice Taylor, of East Linton and his many nieces and nephews. Predeceased by his parents, Keith and Grace Taylor; his parents-in-law, Jack and Florence Edmonstone; his siblings, Marjorie Dawn Robinson, Alan Taylor, Norman Taylor and Leslie Taylor (Marge).
Friends may call at the BRIAN E. WOOD FUNERAL HOME, 250 – 14th Street West, Owen Sound, Ontario N4K 3X8 (519-376-7492) on Wednesday from 2:00 – 4:00 p.m. and 7:00 – 9:00 p.m. A Funeral Service for Ken Taylor will be held in the Funeral Home Chapel on Thursday, October 12th, 2017 at 11:00 a.m. with Rev. Cathy Hird and Rev. Roseanne Judge officiating. Interment in Greenwood Cemetery. If so desired, the family would appreciate donations to the Owen Sound Regional Hospital Foundation – Oncology Unit or the Kemble-Sarawak United Church as an expression of sympathy.
