Ken, late of Lumsden, SK, passed away peacefully at the age of 83 with his family by his side. Ken was born in Assiniboia, SK and worked as a butcher throughout rural Saskatchewan, spending time in Bengough, Radville and Moosomin. He retired as the Esso bulk agent in Esterhazy in 1990. Predeceased by his mother Florence Brown and Sister Odette Campbell. Ken is survived by his loving wife of sixty-two years Gwen; daughters, Michael (James) Melville of Regina, SK and Sherri Jo Brown (Les Krentz) of Saskatchewan Beach, SK; son, Cameron (Maria) Brown of Regina, SK; six grandchildren; one great-grandchild; sister, Sylvia (Don) Peters of Stettler, AB; as well as numerous nieces and nephews. In accordance to Ken’s wishes, there will be no funeral service. Flowers most gratefully declined. Friends so wishing, may make memorial donations in Ken’s name to the Allan Blair Cancer Centre, 4101 Dewdney Avenue, Regina, SK, S4T 7T1 or the Regina Humane Society, Box 3143, Regina, SK, S4P 3G7.
