KATHLEEN BONNELL – 1930-2017

1930-2017
Surrounded by her loving family,
KATHLEEN BONNELL, of Marystown, passed
peacefully away at the Burin Peninsula Health Care Centre in Burin, on
Sunday, October 29th, 2017, at the age of
87.
She leaves to mourn with many loving and cherished
memories sons, Gerard (Rose) of Marystown, Clyde (Catherine) of
Marystown, Eugene (Beverley) of Marystown, Gerald (Kim) of Marystown;
daughters, Theresa Walsh of Dartmouth, NS, Elizabeth Hodder (George)
of Marystown, Loretta Miller (Jim) of Marystown, Carmelita Walters of
Marystown, Mary Warren of Brooks, AB, Lisa Badcock (Sean) of
Greenwood, NS; 28 grandchildren; 18 great-grandchildren; 1
great-great-granddaughter; plus a large circle of extended family and
friends. She was predeceased by husband, John Bonnell;
parents, John & Alice Hanrahan; sisters, Frances Bonnell
& Dorothy Stansbury; brother, Charles Hanrahan; son-in-law,
Michael Walsh; brothers-in-law, Benjamin Bonnell, James Bonnell
& William Stansbury.
The Bonnell Family will be accepting visitors at
Wiseman’s Funeral Home in Marystown on Tuesday, October
31st, from 10:00 a.m. to 9:00
p.m.; Wednesday, November 1st, from 10:00 a.m. to 9:00
p.m. The Mass of Christian Burial
will take place at Sacred Heart Roman Catholic Church in Marystown on
Thursday, November 2nd, at 10:30
a.m. Interment will follow at
Sacred Heart Roman Catholic Cemetery in
Marystown.
In Kathleen’s
memory donations may be made to Ronald McDonald House ( 150 Clinch
Crescent, P.O. Box 28091, St. John’s, NL A1B 1X0) or flowers
gratefully accepted.
