Macdonald, June Marie – 86 of Dartmouth, passed away on March 25, 2017 in the Ocean View Continuing Care Centre. Born in New Glasgow, she was the daughter of the late Fraser and Violet (Massie) Holmes of Trenton, NS. She married Hugh Scott Macdonald of Stellarton on September 20, 1950. June was a lifelong active member of the order of the Eastern Star, having served in many capacities including Worthy Grand Matron. She was passionate in her charitable endeavours and gave freely of her time, talent and resources.
