Julien Legault, formerly of Port Elgin, passed away at Village Seniors Community in Hanover on Monday, July 03, 2017.
He was 83.
Survived by loving wife Rita (nee Lavalle) of Port Elgin. Loved father of Andre (Irene) Legault of Tavistock, Marcel (Debbie) Legault of Port Elgin, Rene (Bev) Legault of Kitchener, Linda (Glen) Collins of Buckhorn, Normand (Jaquelin) Legault of Hanmer, Mark (Rachel) Legault of Muskoka and Julie (Todd) O’Brien of Kitchener. Loved grandpa of Rachelle, Julien (Matt), Andrea, Alex, Meaghan (Blair), Daniel (Jessica), Melissa (Justin), Ryan, Kyle, Cole, Adam, Ian, Logan, Rebecca and great grandchildren Aida and Chase. Fondly remembered by his siblings Paul (Fernade) Legault of Hanmer, Jacques Legault of Kitchener and Mariange (Baptiste) Laundry, Solange (Paulemil) O’Dette, Annette (Pete) Pitcher and Jannette (Morris) Dubois all of Hanmer. Predeceased by his brothers Medric and Gerald.
A Memorial Celebration will be held on August 11, 2017 at the home of Normand Legault (854 Radam Road, Hanmer, Ontario) from 1-3 pm. Cremation has taken place with inurnment at a later date.
Memorial donations to the Cancer Society or to the Alzheimer’s Society would be appreciated as expressions of sympathy.
