1925-2017
SAINT-LOUIS-DE-KENT, NB – Julie
Robichaud, 91, of Foyer Bois-Joli, Saint-Louis-de-Kent passed away
peacefully, surrounded by her loving family at the
Dr.-Georges-L.-Dumont University Hospital on Tuesday, May
2nd, 2017. Born in Cap-St-Louis, she was the
daughter of the late Joseph and Esther (Fontaine) Guimond. She was a
member of the Club d’Age d’Or,
St-Louis.
Julie will be sadly missed by her six daughters,
Esther “Maria” Vautour (Victor) of Richibucto,
Rose-Mai Robichaud of St-Louis, Annette Robichaud of Riverview, Irma
Robichaud of Irishtown, Yvette Robichaud (Scott) of Aldouane and
Gaetane Wells (Johnny) of Moncton; seven sons, Alverie (Huguette) of
Rexton, Yvon (Anne-Marie) of St-Louis, Ovila (Doreen) of St-Louis,
Jean-Noel (Terry) of St-Louis, Reginald (Micheline) of Dieppe, Raymond
(Nadine) of Aldouane and Bobby (Barbara) of St-Charles; 22
grandchildren, 23 great grandchildren, as well as several nieces and
nephews.
Besides her parents, Julie is predeceased by her
husband, Daniel; two sons, Aurele and Bernard; grandson, Claude
Chevarie; two sisters, Exilda and Emilie; and four brothers, Camille,
Fred, Vital and Leon.
Visitation will be held at Thompson’s
Memorial Home, Saint-Louis-de-Kent on Sunday from 2:00-4:00 &
7:00-9:00 pm and Monday from 2:00pm until departure for the funeral. A
Funeral Mass will be celebrated Monday, May
8th, 2017 at 4:00pm, St-Louis-des-Francais
Roman Catholic Church, St-Louis. Donations to the CHU Dumont
Foundation (Palliative care department) would be appreciated by the
family.
