Obituary of Judith Henderson
Henderson, Judith Evelyn (nee McKay) 1943-2017- “Judy” passed away suddenly on Sunday October 29th, 2017 at Credit Valley Hospital, Mississauga at the age 73. Predeceased by her beloved husband Tom (2004). She will be lovingly remembered by her sisters and brothers-in-law; Fran (Ron) Henson of Chesley and Linda (Peter) Buckley of Georgetown. Judy was predeceased by her siblings; Gordon (Marilyn) McKay, Marie (Roy) Swain and Dorothy (Ted) Budd. Also predeceased by her nieces Sue and Barb. Aunt “Judy” will be forever cherished and remembered by her many nieces and nephews (greats and great-greats). Judy will also be fondly remembered by her dear friends Aldona and Sharon. The Toronto Blue Jays have lost one of their biggest fans! She is now cheering from heaven so that they’ll make it to another World Series! Judy loved going out for dinner with her friends, we expect to see a drop in stocks for Swiss Chalet! Heartfelt thanks to the staff at Credit Valley Emergency Department and the Peel EMS for their effort. You have left an imprint on our hearts and will be forever missed. Friends will be received at the J.S. Jones & Son Funeral Home, 11582 Trafalgar Rd., north of Maple Ave., Georgetown 905-877-3631 on Wednesday November 1st, from 9:00 am until time of funeral service held in the chapel at 11:00 am. Interment Glen Oaks Cemetery, Oakville. In memory contributions to Cancer Assistance Services of Halton Hills (CASHH) is greatly appreciated by the family.
